Description
Clemson University seeks comprehensive software and programming optimization services for existing Chiller Plant Optimization platforms and integration of new chiller, boiler, and building HVAC systems. The scope includes optimization software, programming, controls integration, implementation, ongoing support, energy engineering, hardware and network modifications, testing, commissioning, trending, dashboards, analytics, technical support, and field support for existing and planned chilled-water plants. The technical proposal must address regulatory and specification compliance, project execution and schedule, service and emergency support, key optimization and energy-engineering personnel, pre- and post-optimization energy models, IT interfaces and cybersecurity, support-service details, and references for optimization installations with at least five years of operating history. The financial proposal must incorporate the provided bidding schedule and remain separate from the technical proposal. The contract is for 12 months with options to renew for five consecutive years.
