Description
The United Nations Development Programme, through the Common Services Account Project in Moldova and on behalf of participating UN House agencies, is soliciting a service provider for cleaning, janitorial, gardening, and related hygiene services at the UN House. The scope covers approximately 1,466.96 square meters of office and common areas and includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning; restroom and kitchen servicing; waste removal; gardening and grounds maintenance; minor repairs; heating, water, and electrical-system support; window and carpet cleaning; and preparation of conference rooms and executive offices. The contractor must provide one supervisor, three cleaners, and one janitor, Monday through Friday, together with cleaning products, consumables, sanitary supplies, equipment, uniforms, protective equipment, training, and required reporting. The contractor must use environmentally friendly and non-toxic products, provide additional equipment as needed, and replace equipment damaged through misuse or wear. Proposed personnel must meet stated experience requirements, including at least one year for cleaning staff and five years for the janitor. The quotation must include the required technical and financial offer, company and contract experience information, legal-registration documents, performance certificates, quality and environmental evidence, financial statements, and confirmation of acceptance of the working schedule. The agreement is initially for one year beginning January 1, 2027, with annual extensions of up to two additional years, for a maximum duration of three years; services will be ordered through purchase orders and paid monthly.
