Description
Lockney Independent School District is soliciting proposals for fully managed leased lit fiber internet access using Ethernet over fiber, with bandwidth options from 500 Mbps through 1 Gbps in specified increments. The service will terminate at Lockney Junior High's demarcation point for district locations to share and includes installation, initial configuration, maintenance, technical support, scalability during the contract term, voluntary extensions, and one-, three-, or five-year pricing options. The solicitation also requests six UPS or battery-backup units and related components for multiple school locations, including four main-office units requiring at least 1,000 watts and 15 minutes to one hour of runtime, one high-school closet unit supporting a Meraki MS-130 switch, and one junior-high closet unit supporting approximately three switches. Two units will be floor-mounted and four rack-mounted; equivalent rack-mounted solutions are acceptable, and existing UPS units or batteries must be removed and recycled. No separate software licenses are required. Proposals must include the completed Lockney_2027_C1 Vendor attachment, separate eligible and non-eligible pricing, applicable installation, contract options, and compliance with program and state education procurement requirements.
