Description
The University of Central Missouri is seeking a software platform to administer structured student professional-development pathways and digital badges aligned with career-readiness competencies, including NACE competencies. Required capabilities include assigning and tracking activities, documenting participation, awarding badges or micro-credentials, monitoring pathway progress, supporting event registration and attendance verification, managing evidence submissions and approval workflows, generating reports and dashboards, and enabling students to share verified achievements through co-curricular records, portfolios, resumes, LinkedIn, or similar formats. The platform should integrate where feasible with Brightspace (D2L), Banner, and single sign-on, and must meet accessibility, security, privacy, technical-support, and records-management requirements. The selected vendor must provide implementation assistance, integration, administrator training, user support, and ongoing maintenance. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of experience providing comparable software to higher-education institutions, identify a qualified project manager, provide three similar project narratives and key-personnel resumes, and submit a detailed implementation schedule. Implementation and go-live are requested within 60 days of notice to proceed, subject to the final negotiated schedule. A separate cost proposal is required, along with accessibility documentation, work authorization documentation, and other required response attachments.
