Description
The State of Alabama is seeking one Randox RABTA analyzer with a barcode scanner, printer, operator’s manual, and two-year comprehensive warranty. The scope includes installation and a three-day training course for three operators. The analyzer and related products are to be supplied within 16 weeks of the purchase order; the first year of warranty coverage begins at installation, and the second year is separately priced in the solicitation materials. The request also includes on-site method validation in accordance with SWTOX/OSAC guidelines and Randox Toxicology Technical Support’s method. The work includes validation runs, data analysis and checks, quality-assurance review and approval, and a written validation report for the Chief Toxicologist. A Randox technical support scientist is expected to perform the on-site work for two or more weeks. Reagents, standards, and equipment are covered by the client.
