Description
The Florida Department of Corrections is soliciting bids for certified laboratory analysis services at water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and groundwater monitoring wells serving correctional institutions throughout Florida. Required work includes analysis of chemical, microbiological, physical, radiological, wastewater, sludge, and PFAS parameters under applicable Environmental Protection Agency, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Florida Department of Health requirements. The contractor must use an FDOH- and NELAC-certified laboratory, provide sampling kits and specified sampling, pickup, transportation, chain-of-custody documentation, reporting, emergency response, and quarterly summary reports. The solicitation establishes one or more contracts for up to five years, with possible renewal for up to five additional years, and permits specific subcontracted analyses with prior requirements and certifications. Bidders must submit regional pricing and mandatory certifications and forms.
