Description
UNDP Viet Nam seeks one national consulting firm, institute, or organization to design and implement a capacity-building program under the CLEAN-ACT project. The assignment covers a gender-inclusive needs and gaps assessment; development of bilingual English and Vietnamese curriculum and training resources; and delivery of four regular, two-day training courses plus one Training-of-Trainers course for public- and private-sector stakeholders. Training content must address financial, environmental, and social risk assessment; technical, financial, and environmental benefits of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and other green energy transition technologies in the industrial sector; GHG emissions and carbon-market requirements; financial appraisal; and relevant Vietnamese and international frameworks. The contractor must provide a five-person expert team, support participant selection and women's participation, manage logistics and travel, issue course reports, and evaluate capacity gains. Required outputs include an inception report, needs assessment and baseline report, curriculum and training resource suite, implementation plan, course reports, and final evaluation report. Final deliverables are due by July 15, 2027.
