Description
Edmonton Catholic School Division is seeking quotations from qualified and approved partners, authorized distributors, and experienced bidders to supply Nutanix infrastructure equipment and the necessary licensing for its data centre. The existing requirement includes specified server nodes, processors, memory, NVMe storage, network interface modules, power cords, TPM modules, hardware support, and Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Starter software licensing and production support. New, non-refurbished equipment matching the listed manufacturer and part numbers is required, with delivery included. The response must include pricing, delivery timing, warranty and support details, technical specifications and product literature, relevant team and company experience, three Nutanix infrastructure references from Alberta K-12 school divisions, quality-control and manufacturer-relationship information, exceptions to specifications, value-added offerings, equipment documentation, and a product purchase-price breakdown. Pricing must be in Canadian funds and exclude GST. The public notice states an estimated one-month contract period beginning November 1, 2026, while the solicitation materials separately identify 36 months of hardware and software support.
