Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Human Services is requesting an informal quotation for services supporting a Child Care Office provider orientation on October 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The solicitation requires lunch catering for 75 attendees, including salmon balls, lentil loaf, stewed chicken, peas and rice, coleslaw, garden salad, fruit punch or lemonade, assorted desserts, coffee, and bush tea. Lunch must be ready to serve at noon. The scope also includes rental of audiovisual equipment—microphone, podium, speaker, and projector screen—a room for the event, and a service charge for training and instruction services. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the government's procurement system.
