Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a provider to design, implement, evaluate, and systematize the “ComunicAccion” blended learning program. The program will strengthen media literacy, community and institutional communications, digital and artificial-intelligence-enabled content production, source verification, inclusive narratives, citizen participation, and territorial dialogue. It will serve up to 50 participants in two cohorts, with approximately 30–40 effective hours per cohort and differentiated virtual and predominantly in-person delivery. The scope includes needs assessment, instructional design, delivery of both cohorts, practical exercises and communications projects, development of the “Voces Ciudadanas” award, a closing and recognition event, monitoring of the winning project for at least three months, evaluation, and systematization. Required deliverables include a methodological report, validated course design, cohort implementation report, systematization report, self-guided course and digital repository, and final report. The contract is expected to run for nine months, and the winning proposal will be evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting.
