Description
The City seeks cleaning and inspection services for four water storage structures: two Blossom Towers, the Fairmount Surge Tank, and the Division Avenue Surge Tank. Work includes pressure washing with potable water at 4,000 psi, removing all sediment and dirty water, inspecting in accordance with AWWA D101, and disinfecting in accordance with AWWA C652-92, Method 2. The contractor must provide a site-specific safety plan for approval, supply its own safety equipment and training, and meet OSHA fall-protection and confined-space safety requirements. Bidders must have at least six years of experience and complete a site visit before submitting a bid.
