Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting as-needed professional GIS analysis and spatial technology support services for its Planning and Development Services Department. The scope includes spatial and tabular data analysis and editing, cartographic production, field data collection, spatial decision support, published maps, web maps and applications, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, Vertigis Studio applications, and programming or automated geoprocessing using Python, SQL, JavaScript, Arcade, ArcGIS Notebook Server, and Jupyter Notebooks. The contractor may provide on-site or remote support, as permitted by the work requirements, and must supply qualified GIS technicians, analysts, senior analysts, and developers. The contract is for an initial one-year term with four one-year option periods. Work will be issued through task orders, and the contractor must provide task-specific quotes, named personnel, quality-assurance plans, technical deliverables, and source code or documentation for applicable scripts. The solicitation is reserved for businesses that qualify as Small-Local Businesses under the County's policy. Required responses include County forms, organizational qualifications and experience, staffing and organization information, technical approach, references, resumes, litigation and investigation disclosures, equity and sustainability information, pricing, acceptance of contract terms, and any applicable confidential/proprietary information.
