Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two line items totaling 16 pairs of large, unisex, 14-inch black butyl rubber chemical-protective gloves. The gloves must have safety cuffs, a rough finish, light powdering, high tactile sensitivity and manual dexterity, and resistance to aldehydes, ketones, esters, alcohols, most inorganic acids, most caustics, dioxane, and salts. The specified product is Honeywell Safety Products USA, Inc. part number B174R/10, associated with NSN 8415-01-499-3002. The supplies must be delivered within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging, preservation, marking, and shipment must comply with the stated military and medical packaging requirements, including sealed unit containers, commercial exterior shipping containers, Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and hazardous-material labeling requirements where applicable. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
