Description
Redwater Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Category One leased lit fiber internet access and data transmission services. The requested capacity ranges from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, with proposals requested for one-, three-, and five-year contract terms and monthly recurring charges for 1 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps service levels. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, with technical support or other installation services dependent on the selected service. Vendors may propose equivalent, higher, lower-quantity, or more cost-effective services. Eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Proposals must comply with the Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines, Module 5: Purchasing.
