Description
Marlboro Township Public Schools is soliciting electronic proposals for Category One telecommunications services, including dedicated Internet access at 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps and data transmission service providing 10 Gbps connectivity to a satellite location through the district's hub-site topology. Proposals may offer alternative network designs but must explain the network operation and identify all eligible, ineligible, recurring, non-recurring, construction, aggregation, port, taxes, and fee-related costs. The requested service term is three years with two possible one-year extensions, although other terms meeting the district's requirements may be considered. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number at submission, include standard contract terms and conditions, provide pricing through the required attachments, identify a projected service start date, permit either SPI or BEAR invoicing, and return the specification document signed and dated by an authorized representative. Attachment A and/or Attachment B must be completed and submitted, and proposals must include prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts or provide references upon request.
