Description
The Ohio Department of Health, through its Center of Public Health Excellence, is seeking one vendor for the Rural Hospital Training and Technical Assistance Center under Ohio's Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected contractor will conduct needs assessments; develop and deliver at least 10 training events annually; provide workshops, materials, evaluations, and on-demand technical assistance; support leadership development, financial solvency, operational efficiency, quality improvement, integrated networks, and value-based care; and help Ohio critical access hospitals develop sustainability plans addressing financial solvency, service-line analysis, workforce, partnerships, and implementation steps. The contractor will also plan and implement an annual summit for Ohio Rural Health Transformation Program awardees, including venue coordination, agenda development, presenters, promotion, registration, logistics, and participant evaluation. Monthly technical-assistance summaries, sustainability updates, training materials and evaluation results, progress reports, monthly ODH calls, and a revised work plan are required. The technical proposal is limited to 10 pages, and the cost proposal must be submitted separately using the provided form. The estimated budget is not to exceed $1,000,000.00. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of experience providing technical assistance or training to Ohio rural hospitals and submit three similar-service references.
