Description
The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is seeking a vendor with dedicated IBM subject-matter experts to perform a side-by-side migration and upgrade of its IBM MQ environment to IBM MQ 9.4.x. The work includes migrating IBM MQ services to Windows Server 2022 and configuring and validating 10 queue managers across development, certification, production, and training environments while preserving existing messaging functionality, configurations, and connectivity. The engagement also includes implementing TLS encryption on external-facing MQ channels, applying role-based access control through Active Directory security groups, validating business-critical integrations, conducting a controlled production cutover, providing post-go-live stabilization and troubleshooting, and delivering operational knowledge transfer and supporting documentation. The quotation must explain how the contractor will address the stated outcomes and objectives. The solicitation identifies six units of remotely delivered IBM Expert Labs software services.
