Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks annual maintenance and support for its existing DynaCAD 5 Breast software and associated rack server used for clinical breast imaging. The scope includes remote clinical and technical support, software tune-ups and covered updates, reinstallation coverage, applicable corrective software actions, replacement parts and factory repair labor for covered server hardware, and related technical assistance. It does not include a new software license, a new server, or separately priced feature-package upgrades unless separately authorized. The contractor must provide one annual, two-consecutive-day on-site application training period, scheduled with the Government point of contact. Support requests and on-site work require service documentation; remote access to VA systems requires prior approval and VA-approved access methods.
