Description
The School of Saint Dominic is soliciting dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet access and data transmission service at 110 Anstice St., Oyster Bay, New York. Vendors must provide pricing for both 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps service levels, including monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any special construction charges, with all ineligible costs separately identified. The pricing workbook requests six options: 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps service for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms. The solicitation also permits up to two optional one-year extensions. Installation and initial configuration are included in the requested service. Bidders must identify assumptions or exceptions, disclose all fees and charges, confirm pricing validity for at least 180 days, and review applicable E-Rate requirements.
