Description
The Naval Special Warfare Command (CNSWC) requires contractor support to assist senior military service members in transitioning from military careers to civilian employment. This solicitation seeks services that include developing course materials and conducting intensive, participatory seminars covering various aspects of career transition. Topics addressed will include career evaluation, resume building, networking, marketing oneself, managing transition stress, interview techniques, and salary negotiation. Seminars will be three days long, with an additional two days dedicated to one-on-one interview practice and resume screening. Each seminar is expected to accommodate at least fourteen service members, with spouses welcome to attend non-interview portions. The contract will span five ordering periods, with the first seminar scheduled for February 2, 2026, in Dam Neck, Virginia.
