The Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OCC/OFPS) is releasing a Request for Roster (RFR) for Body Transportation Services (Phase 1 - Urban Catchment Areas). This opportunity is open to new service providers that would like to join the OCC/OFPS's roster of approved vendors for transporting deceased individuals from death scenes to forensic pathology facilities or other designated locations. Service providers that have previously entered into agreements for Phase 1 or Phase 1 Refresh are also encouraged to respond. The services are required in urban catchment areas across the province of Ontario, Canada.
