Description
The U.S. Embassy in Riga, Latvia, anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for professional food services supporting its Marine Security Guard Detachment. The contractor would provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, administrative support, and direct labor needed to prepare, cook, and serve meals Monday through Friday. The scope also includes cleaning the kitchen, dishes, and appliances after each meal, with minimal disruption to facility operations. Work will be performed in spaces designated by the Embassy, and contractor personnel will be on site only for contract duties. The anticipated structure is one base year from contract award plus four one-year option periods. This notice is a presolicitation and does not request quotes or result in an award.
