Description
This Request for Information is for vendors currently listed on Utah's Rangeland Pre-Qualification List to confirm that they remain qualified for their approved service categories. Listed categories include bullhog work, lop and scatter, cut and pile, cut and chip, chaining, harrowing, tamarisk or Russian olive removal, and drill seeding. Respondents must confirm their presence on the approved list and certify whether their qualifications have changed since acceptance. Vendors with changed qualifications must upload a document explaining the changes and their effect on eligibility. The response also requires vendor information, tax and registration details, conflict-of-interest and debarment disclosures, applicable compliance certifications, and confirmation of insurance responsibility. The solicitation states that a response from a vendor not on the approved list will be rejected.
