Description
The U.S. Embassy in Budapest requires weekly gardening and groundskeeping services at three residential properties: Matyas, Ora, and Bimbo, totaling approximately 27,543 square meters. The one-year performance period is expected to begin no later than November 1, 2026. Offerors must have a permanent business address and telephone listing in Hungary, English-language capability, qualified gardening and landscaping personnel, the necessary equipment and financial resources, at least five years of landscaping and lawn-care maintenance experience, all locally required licenses and permits, liability insurance, and workers who can obtain Hungarian Certificates of Good Conduct. Contractors must also accept NET30 payment terms. The solicitation package will be provided directly after the presolicitation period expires.
