Description
The consulting firm will assess existing cocoa-drying practices and technologies, including locally developed solar dryers, and compare alternative climate-efficient options. The work includes technical, operational, economic, environmental, climate, and social assessments; field investigations and stakeholder consultations; technology benchmarking and supplier mapping; and recommendations for a centralized hybrid solar-assisted cocoa drying facility. Household-level dryer design is excluded.
