Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is conducting market research for a future long-term contract to supply and deliver a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables to military and USDA school customers in the Ohio zone. The market basket lists fresh and chilled produce items and estimated usage over a 24-month period; the customer list identifies delivery points across the zone. The agency is seeking feedback on vendors’ ability to serve all or some customers, delivery minimums, zone feasibility, subcontracting needs, and small-business sourcing. Respondents are asked to complete the Market Research Survey and provide any additional comments; this is an RFI, not a solicitation or commitment to award.
