Description
Portage Township Schools seeks symmetrical internet access and data transmission with guaranteed throughput, starting at 10 Gbps and scalable to 30 Gbps. Bidders must provide laddered pricing across the specified bandwidth tiers, approximately 60 public IPv4 addresses, and pricing for additional addresses; optional IPv6 pricing may also be included. The proposal should describe the service handoff, including any provider-owned onsite equipment, and any available features such as firewall service or DDoS protection. Fiber handoffs are requested. Responses must include a detailed service description and any required construction timeline, complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, a proposed service-level agreement, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a sample contract. The SLA must address availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, chronic trouble provisions, and service reporting. The selected provider must accept E-Rate SPI invoicing. The requested contract is three years with up to two optional one-year extensions; open-ended or automatically renewing terms are not acceptable.
