Description
Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals to advance a culinary water transmission mainline from completed concept-level evaluation and 30% design documents to a 100% design suitable for bidding, budgeting, right-of-way planning, and future approval by the Utah Division of Drinking Water. The design must establish horizontal and vertical alignment, confirm pipe diameter and hydraulic capacity, evaluate pressure-zone impacts and system integration, identify property, easement, and utility conflicts, identify permitting requirements, and develop a bidding-level construction cost estimate. The consultant must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work within 180 days of contract execution. The attached 30% drawings depict a proposed waterline and booster-pump-station project extending through Eagle Mountain City and involving existing and proposed waterlines, valves, pressure-reducing-valve connections, easements, utility crossings, roadway and trail restoration, and a proposed booster pump station. Insurance verification is required with the proposal, while the certificate of insurance and remaining insurance, bonds, and other contract documentation are due at contract signing or award.
