Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cameroon is soliciting proposals for a non-exclusive long-term agreement covering three lots: the UNDP central office and United Nations Clinic in Yaoundé; the UNDP project office in Buea; and the UNDP project office in Bamenda. Services include daily and periodic office, restroom, corridor, kitchen, conference-room, parking, and grounds cleaning; waste-bin emptying and removal; lawn mowing, hedge and flower maintenance, watering, and drainage-channel cleaning; monthly deep cleaning, disinfection, deratization, and insect control; and response to spills and visitor or meeting-related cleaning needs. The contractor must provide all labor, cleaning products, tools, equipment, consumables, personal protective equipment, and supplies. Staffing requirements are eight personnel for the central Yaoundé office, four for the clinic, and two each for Buea and Bamenda. The contractor must also provide evidence of relevant experience, national authorization to provide cleaning services in Cameroon, current tax compliance, certified financial statements, civil-liability insurance, employee training evidence, and a model payslip and payment method. Proposals are evaluated through separate technical and financial submissions, with a minimum technical threshold of 70 percent. The agreement is expected to run for two years, with a possible one-year extension, and the stated estimated purchasing volume is 130 million XAF.
