Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking one service provider to create a reusable, standardized parliamentary website package and configure it for the Niue Legislative Assembly. The scope includes stakeholder consultations, a five-day in-person mission, website and content-management policy development, domain registration, two landing pages, at least two mock-up designs, site mapping, and development of a WordPress website aligned with Inter-Parliamentary Union guidelines and Assembly requirements. The contractor must conduct at least two remote user-experience testing cycles, deploy the completed site to a cloud-hosting environment, provide initial hosting and domain-related services, and deliver a validated deployment report. The assignment also includes a two-day online training program, tailored content-management and technical-maintenance manuals, technical documentation, credentials, source files, and up to 10 working days of post-handover technical support over two years. Proposals are evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting, with required evidence of relevant experience, prior projects, client references, company registration, company profile, and signed key-personnel CVs.
