Description
Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to advance an existing 30% design for a sewer trunkline and parallel effluent disposal line to a complete 100% design. The scope includes project management; hydraulic evaluation and modeling; horizontal and vertical alignment; pipeline and appurtenance design; utility-conflict analysis; geotechnical drilling and reporting; property, easement, and right-of-way impact assessment; environmental and permitting review; construction phasing; maintenance-of-service planning; and an itemized opinion of probable construction cost. Required deliverables include 100% design drawings in PDF and editable CAD formats, bid documents and technical specifications in PDF and editable formats, and a comprehensive 100% design engineering report. The proposal must include a project approach, team qualifications and relevant experience, past-project information and references, schedule, cost proposal, bid form, and certificate of insurance. The services are to be completed within 180 days of contract execution, and the selected consultant must maintain specified general liability, automobile, professional liability, workers' compensation, and valuable papers/electronic data coverage.
