Description
The Pan American Health Organization is seeking a contractor to provide three vans, each with capacity for 12 passengers, to transport approximately 30 people for nine days. The service includes transportation for 12 hours per day, one qualified driver per vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, driver meals or per diem, vehicle maintenance, insurance, regulatory documentation, and additional hours if required. Vehicles must be in excellent mechanical, technical, sanitary, and presentational condition and must have current mandatory insurance, technical inspection, registration, safety equipment, and maintenance. Drivers must hold appropriate current licenses, have verifiable passenger-transportation experience, maintain required legal documentation, provide professional service, and be available throughout the contracted schedule, with timely replacement coverage when necessary. The proposal must include a completed technical and financial quotation in Excel, a supplier registration form with applicable supporting documents, and a company portfolio of no more than 15 pages.
