Description
Martha Liebert Public Library is seeking bids for internet access and data transmission service with a capacity range of 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The library currently has 1 Gbps of fiber and requests pricing for 12-, 24-, or 36-month terms, each including two voluntary extension options. Installation and initial configuration are indicated in the service request. Quantities are estimates. Bids must separately identify and allocate costs for ineligible services, components, fees, and functionality; include estimated fees and taxes; and keep pricing valid for E-rate purposes for up to six months. Responses must cite the Form 470 number and library name in the email subject line. Spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
