Description
Redwater Independent School District is requesting proposals for a fully managed, leased lit-fiber Internet access solution serving district locations through a connection terminating at Redwater High School. Proposals must provide bandwidth options of 1 Gbps, 3 Gbps, and 5 Gbps, with pricing for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year terms and any available voluntary extensions. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Bidders must include bandwidth scalability, distinguish eligible from non-eligible costs, comply with applicable E-Rate and Texas Education Agency procurement requirements, and provide pricing under the Lowest Corresponding Price rule.
