Description
The Ohio Department of Medicaid is requesting quotes for ten Mount-It! standing desk converters with dual monitor mounts. The specified product is an adjustable black workstation with a 23-inch-wide top platform, a 27-inch-wide keyboard and mouse tray, and height adjustment from 5 to 17 inches. Quotes must include shipping and handling and an estimated delivery date or lead time. Vendors must submit through the prescribed Ohio Buys format and include a PDF copy on company letterhead with vendor email and contact number. Bids must remain valid for at least 90 days after closing. The solicitation is limited to vendors with active Ohio MBE certification at closing; bidders must provide their Ohio MBE/EDGE vendor number and certification expiration date. State Term Schedule suppliers are preferred, while non-STS suppliers must be manufacturer-authorized and may be considered only if fewer than three qualifying STS bids are received. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
