Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to modernize the technology platform at the Quebrada Honda facility. The scope covers technical assessment and detailed engineering for professional audio recording and amplification, video, stage lighting, intercom, CCTV, digital signage, stage-call systems, and related digital technologies, including determining which existing equipment can be restored or upgraded and which systems require replacement or new implementation. The consultant must produce three deliverables over a six-month contract: a Master Diagnostic and Feasibility Report, Technical Specification Documents identifying required protocols, brands, models, compatibility, and interconnection diagrams, and an Integrated Maintenance Plan. The proposal must include a current CV, supporting academic and certification documentation, a methodology proposal of no more than five pages, the required financial and availability letter, three professional references using the provided template, and the attached beneficiary-designation and health-declaration forms.
