Description
The Canada Revenue Agency requires as-needed parts and labour for technical support, programming, installation, service, maintenance, and repair of its Integrated Security System at locations across Canada. The scope includes access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems, including a potential conversion of up to 51 sites to a unified Kantech intrusion/access-control platform. The site counts are planning estimates and do not guarantee conversion work. The contract also covers maintenance and support at the applicable CRA sites, not only the planned conversion locations. Bidders may submit one bid for one or more of five regions, which will be evaluated independently; the CRA intends to award up to five contracts. The financial proposal requires regional firm all-inclusive hourly rates for each labour category and each of the first three contract years, plus a positive discount percentage for each listed manufacturer. The amendment confirms that labour rates for Years 1–3 remain firm for their respective years, with CPI-based adjustments applying during exercised option periods. The contract has a three-year firm period and four one-year options. Minimum work guarantees over the full contract period, including exercised options, are CAD 100,000 for the National Capital Region, CAD 100,000 for Ontario, CAD 50,000 for Quebec, CAD 50,000 for Atlantic, and CAD 100,000 for Western. The revised financial proposal workbook must be completed and submitted with the bid.
