Description
The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Europe–Middle East, seeks capability statements from interested parties concerning its continued cost-share obligation for security services at the Lugar Center. The arrangement described would reimburse the L. Sakvarelidze National Center for Disease Control and Public Health for up to 50% of eligible security-service costs, excluding Georgian value-added tax. The notice states that the Center is the sole Georgian legal entity able to acquire and pay for these services and that the notice is not a request for competitive proposals; responses will be used to assess whether competition is in the Government’s best interest. Interested parties must submit a capability statement with supporting evidence demonstrating their ability to provide the stated capability. Responses may include PDF, Word, or Excel attachments, and classified material must not be submitted.
