Description
Tamarack District Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services, including a minimum 400 Mbps internet connection, static IP addresses, domain registration, service monitoring, 24/7 support with a maximum four-hour response time, and service for at least two bookmobile hotspots. The solicitation also requests cellular data plans, with two lines and static IPs. Category 2 requirements include approximately five Ubiquiti or equivalent wireless access points, two Ubiquiti or equivalent PoE switches, approximately two Vertiv or equivalent uninterruptible power supplies, racks, antennas and related components, and cabling. Installation, configuration, initial setup, and maintenance are requested for applicable equipment. Respondents must itemize eligible and non-eligible E-rate products and services, provide firm pricing, and comply with E-rate requirements. The library will evaluate price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, response completeness, and the ability to complete implementation within the required timeframe.
