Description
The City of Burbank, through Burbank Water and Power's Fleet Division, is soliciting a quote for one new 2026 Xtreme XR2045-C telehandler or equal. The equipment must include an enclosed cab, approximately 20,000-pound lift capacity, 45-foot maximum lift height, 27-foot 4-inch maximum forward reach, four-wheel drive and crab steering, a Cummins 3.8L 134-horsepower engine or equivalent, required safety and lighting equipment, and compliance with applicable California and federal safety standards, ANSI/ITSDF B56.6, and CSA B335. The purchase includes delivery ready for safe operation, pre-delivery inspection, operator and maintenance manuals, standard factory warranty, and localized factory-authorized technical training for up to eight fleet maintenance technicians. Vendors must complete the City's Bidder's Quotation Sheets, provide unit pricing through the electronic line-item system, submit the applicable notarized affidavit, and include descriptive and supporting literature. An optional extended factory warranty may also be quoted. Digital signatures, cursive fonts, alternate vendor terms, and deviations from the City's conditions are not accepted.
