This solicitation is a republication of the ProServices Request for Supply Arrangement, originally published in 2018. ProServices is a mandatory method of supply for professional services (both IT and non-IT) valued below the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) threshold. The resulting supply arrangements are non-binding agreements between Canada and suppliers to facilitate procurement; future requirements solicited through a supply arrangement may result in contracts. The period of the supply arrangement is valid from issuance until July 4, 2028, or until Canada chooses to re-compete or no longer deems it necessary. Part of this procurement may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). The solicitation excludes locations in areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. Services will be delivered in English, French, or both according to department requirements.
