Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources is seeking a qualified lodging provider to establish and maintain a prepaid, replenishable corporate lodging account for authorized government travel. The initial allocation is 12 standard room nights with a stated replenishment value of $3,234.00. Room nights may be used intermittently, consecutively, concurrently, or through separate reservations by authorized users. The provider must offer clean, safe, sanitary, secure, air-conditioned, smoke-free accommodations with private bathrooms, wireless internet, housekeeping, basic furnishings, and parking when available. The provider must manage reservations and account balances, provide written confirmations and itemized quotations, invoices, folios, and account statements, disclose applicable rates, taxes, fees, cancellation policies, and restrictions, protect government account information, and refund or credit unused balances as required. Accommodations must be within a reasonable travel distance of relevant government offices and other official work locations on St. Thomas. The account period and any replenishments will be governed by the applicable procurement document, with no guarantee beyond the initial allocation.
