Description
Hydro-Québec is requesting proposals for labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services required to clean and decontaminate surfaces that may contain lead dust in industrial workshops at the west block of the Hull Administrative Centre. Following cleaning and decontamination, the contractor must paint the treated surfaces while maintaining site operations so that electricity production and transmission services are not disrupted. The solicitation identifies a qualified-market process in which only suppliers qualified by Hydro-Québec may submit proposals. A valid occupational health and safety evaluation report is required at submission, and the solicitation lists additional legal and contract requirements, including applicable Quebec construction licensing and registration requirements, a work execution schedule, conflict-of-interest and solemn declarations, and specified safety and quality documentation. Optional site visits are scheduled at the Hull Administrative Centre; visitors must confirm attendance as instructed and provide their own safety boots and safety glasses.
