The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services, on behalf of the Employment Security Department, is conducting a market search for approximately 3,296 BOMA rentable square feet of office space. The proposed facility must be complete, code-compliant, enclosed, conditioned, and equipped with plumbing, power, and lighting, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate the agency's program. Requirements include offices, cubicles, touchdown spaces, conference rooms, a break room, restrooms, a telecommunications/LAN closet, interview and training space, a customer lobby or reception area, and adequate space for partner agencies to sublease. A minimum lease term of five years is required; proposers may optionally offer a term of up to ten years. The desired occupancy date is October 1, 2026. Preference may be given to properties in Wenatchee or East Wenatchee, near public transportation, and with favorable access, parking, energy performance, and infrastructure characteristics. The lessor must meet applicable Washington State energy-code and prevailing-wage requirements, and provide proof of ownership before lease drafting.
