The U.S. Department of Justice is conducting market research on commercially available AI legal assistant platforms supporting autonomous legal tasks, bulk document analysis and cross-document synthesis, AI-powered legal and regulatory research, legal drafting, workflow automation, document-management and Microsoft 365 integration, secure collaboration, and usage analytics. Desired capabilities include cited outputs, structured extraction, support for large document sets, attorney-in-the-loop review, configurable workflows, and integrations with systems such as iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. The Government is seeking information about commercial availability, licensing and pricing, implementation and pilot plans, federal-agency experience, security and compliance posture, FedRAMP status, US data residency, data isolation, model-training restrictions, access controls, audit logging, incident response, and applicable government contract vehicles including GSA MAS. Respondents must address the capability areas and use cases in the provided materials, complete the Legal AI Capability Matrix, and provide company, capability, integration, security, pricing, evaluation-plan, reference, and differentiator information. This is a market research request and will not result directly in a contract award. Evaluation activity, if conducted, would use only synthetic, anonymized, or publicly available data; no operational, PII, CUI, law-enforcement-sensitive, or privileged information may be used.
