Description
Pamunkey Regional Library is seeking fully managed dedicated internet access with transport or business broadband internet service for four locations. Three locations require at least 100 Mbps symmetrical service, with offers requested from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps; the fourth requires at least 500 Mbps symmetrical service, with offers requested from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Service must provide dedicated bandwidth without usage caps or speed reductions, include at least a /29 block of static IP addresses, and terminate at the designated building demarcation point. Proposals must include all recurring, non-recurring, and special construction costs, as applicable, and offer SPI discount billing. Service is needed beginning July 1, 2027. Contracted offers should provide 36-month pricing, with two optional 12-month extensions available to the customer.
