Description
Hanover County Public Schools seeks a complete, functional fiber-optic connection between the main school building and athletic stadium at each of four high schools. The work includes outdoor-rated, shielded OM3/OM4 multimode fiber for runs up to 800 feet and outdoor-rated, shielded single-mode fiber for longer runs. The contractor must provide all labor, cable, connectors, termination hardware, patch panels or enclosures, and other components; route, terminate, splice, test, certify, and label the fiber; and provide test results and completion documentation. Existing pathways should be used where available, and any additional pathway work, such as trenching, boring, or conduit, must be identified in the proposal. Disturbed areas must be restored.
