Description
The City of Memphis is seeking quotations for laboratory supplies for its Public Works Division under RFQ 377776. The procurement is for a supply purchase with a single laboratory-supplies line item, price-only evaluation, and delivery to the City's Environmental Administration facility. Bidders should provide brand and model information and may offer equivalent products unless a referenced quality standard is followed by "ONLY." Responses must include the completed Specifications/Bid Section, Bid and Price Sheet, and Signature for Contract Specifications page, along with all other required documentation and applicable insurance materials. The solicitation permits online submission through the City's eProcurement system, hand delivery to the City Hall bid drop box, or delivery by USPS or another common carrier to the Purchasing Department. Emailed bids are not accepted.
