Description
Missaukee District Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 500 Mbps to 2 Gbps. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, domain name registration, at least one static IP address, ISP-owned connectivity equipment, web-based statistical analysis access, and end-to-end maintenance for equipment used to deliver the service. Proposals should address a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour 24/7 service response time, growth and change capacity, total cost of operation, prior experience, personnel qualifications, and the bidder’s ability to complete implementation within the required timeframe. All components must be itemized for E-rate eligibility, with non-eligible products and services quoted separately. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, an active SAM.gov registration, and the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file by September 1, 2027. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is required with the bid, while proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award.
