Description
Mississippi Valley Library District is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS), including managed Wi-Fi and third-party continuous operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband internal connection components. The scope includes 24/7/365 remote network monitoring and proactive issue resolution, configuration backups, network optimization, remote administration, network health reporting, LAN/WLAN management and repair, diagnostic and helpdesk support, professional installation, activation, initial configuration, analytics, and infrastructure recommendations. Bidders must provide itemized pricing, identify monthly or annual management fees per eligible device, distinguish applicant-owned equipment from vendor-owned or leased-service models, separately identify ineligible end-user device monitoring, and provide one-, two-, and three-year pricing options. Proposals must include a valid 498 ID (SPIN), proof of a current FCC Form 473 or evidence that filing is in progress, the applicant name, submission date, FCC Form 470 number, and a scope of work for installation services if applicable. The applicant prefers an all-inclusive solution and will evaluate price of eligible services as the primary factor. The current provider is Lazerware, whose contract expires June 30, 2027.
